No lie... My first run in uw ever ( as 55 monk ) me and my partner got 4 total. 2 each.

krammit, nice man 4 ectos is so rares. I really like the people besides me who can still solo in the UW..4 is really much I only got 3 two times so far.

We didn't clear FoW. In fact I got the first just after getting to the first wide open area after doing the first quest and the last shortly after finishing Seeds of Corruption. I love my ranger so very much...

my best one was when in a 4 man trapping group we had 4 ectos and 3 keys drop by the time we got to the smites, then we died on the first colds

was doing 4 man trapping, and first run we got nothing, only a purple chest

however

second run, third mob if aataxe on the second set of staird

they run into the traps, one goes down in like, 4 seconds and da dum! drops an ecto

its partner runs form the AoE from dust trap, but then comes back and sets off a few more and dum dum duuuuum! drops another ecto!

but that was the only ectos for that run

none for me though

another time is was inthere, and the second aatace we killed, drops an ecto, then the 4th one we klled, drops another ecto. Then no more dropped

I farmed UW so much it started to hurt :P Sooo boring after you've done it like 100 times heh. Maybe now I'll go back to it. I haven't played in awhile so maybe it's time to head back in there heh.

in a 2 man UW run best, 1 ecto droped form aatax and 4 from smites.

i was monking in fow last night, the prot monk in our party had SIX shards drop for him, only two others dropped, and neither of them were for me.

ive gotton 1 glob of ecto... man nyog... u guys post alot here and always kill the hohs...

ive done better, like 8 ectos, and 3 dropped from one group of smites (at most 10 smites on me)

hey this is a screen shot exposition

shows us your screen and top the top. I've done plenty of 15 mobs never happended to drop more than 2 at once. I guess it is a statistical possilibty though
